Eligibility: To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a guardian.

Non-Commercial Use: Our blends are sold for personal experience and domestic enjoyment. Resale of Somansh Tea without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited to maintain the exclusivity of our brand.

Your Journey (Account & Information)

Accuracy: To ensure your tea reaches you perfectly, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

Security: You are the guardian of your account details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

The Selection (Products & Pricing)

Artisanal Variation: Tea is a natural, seasonal product. While we strive for consistency in our Pancha Mahabhuta blends, slight variations in leaf appearance or flavor profile are a testament to the authentic, non-mass-produced nature of our tea.

Dynamic Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change based on the market and the rarity of the leaf. For international customers, prices will be adjusted automatically based on your location and currency.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any blend at any time to preserve the quality and scarcity of our premium stock.

Delivery & Global Transit (Shipping)

Location-Based Logistics: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your proximity to our centers in India or Germany.

International Duty: For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

The Wait: While we aim for swift delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or customs clearance.

Returns & The "Perfect Cup" (Refund Policy)

Food Safety: Due to the perishable and consumable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns once the vacuum seal or original packaging has been opened.

Defects: If you receive a damaged package or the wrong blend, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can make it right.

Art & Content: All content on this site, including our Raja Ravi Varma-inspired artwork, Pichwai designs, product descriptions, and the "Tea Ritual" simmering method, is the intellectual property of Somansh Tea.

Respect the Craft: You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit our branding, images, or "story-based" content for any commercial purpose without our express consent.

Limitation of Liability

Brewing Rituals: We provide guidelines on the "Somansh Simmering Method" for the best experience. However, Somansh Tea is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper brewing, overheating, or misuse of tea-making equipment.
